The journal adheres to the principles of publication ethics, transparency, and the highest standards of peer review, in line with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review procedure. Reviewers are selected based on their academic expertise and research background relevant to the subject area of the submitted manuscript.

Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers. Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback to improve the quality of the work. Authors are given the opportunity to respond to reviewers’ comments and revise their manuscripts accordingly.

With the consent of reviewers, their names may be published on the official website of the journal. Additionally, reviewers may request an official certificate acknowledging their contribution, or a recommendation letter for professional use on relevant platforms.

The editorial board ensures that all manuscripts are reviewed fairly, without bias, and in accordance with ethical publishing practices. Conflicts of interest are strictly avoided, and confidentiality is maintained throughout the process.
